Returns or exchanges
Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final and returns or exchanges will not be possible.
If a product has been delivered to you incorrectly (for example the wrong size or colour) or products are deemend fault, we will send you a replacement free of charge. No refunds will be given.
Damaged or faulty products
If you received a product that is damaged or fault, please raise a claim by contacting us on [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Please include your sales order number, description of the fault or damage and photographs where possible. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for exchange or return. A member of our customer services team will then be in touch.
