Our contract with you
2.1 How we will accept your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
2.2 If we cannot accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. For example, this might be because the product is no longer avaliable because of unexpected changes to our supply which we could not reasonably plan for, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product and are unable to fulfil your order.

Whilst we have made every effort to showcase our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that a device's display will reflect the colours of our products in the same way. If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if the change is possible as well as how to confirm the change.

5.1 Minor changes to the products.
From time to time, we may change our products for example to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.
Providing products to you
6.1 Delivery
The cost of delivery alongside estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We will endeavour to ensure products are delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible and within the time specified on our website. We are not responsible for any delays outside of our control.
6.2 When you become responsible for the goods
The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us
6.3 When you own the goods
You own a product once we have received payment in full.
6.4 Returns or exchanges
Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final and returns or exchanges will not be possible.
If a product has been delivered to you incorrectly (for example the wrong size or colour) or products are deemed faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge. No refunds will be given.
6.5 Damaged or faulty products
If you received a product that is damaged or faulty, please raise a claim by contacting us on [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Please include your sales order number, description of the fault or damage and photographs where possible. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for exchange or return. A member of our customer services team will then be in touch.
